American Security and Investigations is currently hiring for a PT Client Services-Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate headquarters located in the Midway Area of St. Paul.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following: Generate, mail, and track billing, analyze billing trends, talk with customers by phone regarding billing related issues, work with operations to correct any scheduling/billing mistakes, assist with the contract review process, assist in the verification of new accounts in TEAM, generate training materials, reports, and other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully: Individual should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook software. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and possess strong customer services skills.
